- Stores don't let you read magazines at the store and usually force you to buy or give you faces.
- Store clerks are very friendly and let you read the magazines as long as you want.
- HK drivers drive very fast and very dangerously
- Besides the red mini-bus drivers, most public transportation drivers drive at a safe speed.
- Customer services in HK are terrible; it is very hard to exchange goods and their attitudes are often poor
- Excellent customer services everywhere. Although you get dumb clerks once in a while (never understand what you want), and they speak so fast all the time.
- HK girls are materialistic
- HK girls are materialistic no doubt because of the society. They also love putting a lot of makeups especially the young ones. They like to perm their hair and make them look mature. Very thin too. I swear I've seen legs resemble the thickness of 3 fingers :)
- Food is good.
- Food is good and plenty. Cheap too if you know where to find.
- HK has a lot of gossip magazines and people love to read them.
- Yes, there are a lot of gossip magazines, but other magazines are plenty: fashion, travelling, gadgets, hobbies, food etc. Variety is simply amazing. You can certainly ignore the gossip ones and enrich yourself with a wide range of selection.
